  • Assisting a potential franchisee to develop fleet maintenance and overhaul cost models for the Thameslink franchise.
  • Continue to deliver Fleet reliability FRAME reports for a major ROSCO company.
  • Providing project management to a train manufacturer and maintenance provider for a fleet bogie condition assessment and overhaul optimisation project.
  • Acting as a Project Manager for a Train Operating Company (TOC) with responsibility for the introduction of a new maintenance management system (MMS) into a major Train Maintenance Depot facility.
  • Providing on-going VMI management for a TOC.
  • Providing project management and independent technical expertise for an Independent Certified Body (ICB) for the condition assessment and overhaul optimisation of a number of major high speed DMU components.
  • Undertake independent safety exams and risk assessments for an ICB to support one-off extensions to C4 overhaul for a Train Operating Company

  • Providing major technical support and VMI management to two TOC’s on their fleet of high speed trains.
  • Providing our services as a RISAS Technical Expert to an ICB RISAB client.
  • Undertake both product and process audits for an ICB client.
  • Management and fully delivering a number of maintenance and overhaul projects for our major ICB client.
